Lead settings: pipeline, stages, agents, categories & round robin

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Settings.
  2. Pipeline & default stage: Open Pipeline → Deal Stages → choose the default stage.
  3. Agents: Open Deal Agent → Add agents who handle leads.
  4. Categories: Open Deal Category → create categories to group leads.
  5. Round Robin: Open Round Robin → enable the toggle to auto-distribute new leads evenly.

Why it matters: A clear pipeline and fair distribution improves response times and conversion.
